FY26 Mid-Year Advance and FY26 2H Rewards
We’re paying the FY26 Mid-Year Advance at 50% of the total target bonus! Visit the Mid-Year Advance page for eligibility and payout information.
As a reminder, the FY26 Rewards merit and promotion budget was split into two planning cycles. The second half (2H) program will open for leader planning in Workday on March 30. We'll share more information and resources in the coming weeks.
